These Terms & Conditions apply to all original artworks and commissioned works sold by Aly Louis (Alexandra Landrum). By submitting an acquisition request or purchasing any artwork or product, you agree to the following terms:

Final Sale Policy
All purchases are considered final sale, including original works and commissioned artworks in all forms.

Collectors are encouraged to review all artwork details carefully prior to purchase. If you have any questions about a product or would like to request additional images, please feel free to reach out. We are happy to answer any and all questions before you make your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on framing and courier services. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges are the responsibility of the collector.

Commissions
For commissioned works, a non-refundable deposit is required prior to commencement. This deposit covers time, materials, and design preparation. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Commissioned pieces are non-refundable under any circumstances unless damaged in transit.

Acquiring a commission is a collaborative process based on ensuring alignment between artist and collector on expectations and needs. However, by proceeding with a custom order, you agree to accept the artist’s interpretation and style.

Damaged Items
Please inspect the artwork upon delivery. We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. However, in the rare event a piece is damaged in transit, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Please include the order number in your report, as well as photos of the damage, including damaged packaging. Due to the nature of original works, we will not be able to offer an exact replacement, but we will do our best to make it right.

Color & Representation Disclaimer
Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen (and between different screens). We do our best to photograph each piece to reflect its true tone and texture. However, due to differences in screen calibration, minor variations can occur. These variations are not considered a fault and therefore do not constitute a reason for a refund.

Intellectual Property
All artworks remain the intellectual property of Aly Louis (Alexandra Landrum). Aly Louis retains all copyright and reproduction rights to original artworks, products, and any associated imagery unless otherwise agreed in writing. No artwork or image may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
