About The Collection
On the Precipice of Renaissance (2026) began as a quiet meditation contemplating the recent cusps in my life. At the time of its creation, I was on the cusp of turning twenty-seven, of getting married, of realizing the power of muting your fears, and of finding myself. It was a time of change, of newness, and, as I came to realize, of flow. For the first time in my life, I understood what it meant to know yourself. Even as I was navigating many changes, many firsts, and many gravities, I felt more whole than I ever had. I was hovering a foot over the edge, peaking around the corner, and starting one new chapter after the next, and yet I felt more grounded than I could even explain. On the Precipice is a reflection of those changes, as well as documentation of my experiences through them and my personhood as it evolved, and is still evolving. These pieces acted as my diary, as a porcelain plate thrown against the wall, as a listening ear, and as a mirror. They are the true reflection of the complications and extroardinaries of change through the seasons of life.
